摘要
针对2座钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破拆除倒塌场地长度小于烟囱高度的特殊情况,拟采用双向折叠交叉倒塌的爆破技术方案。为了对所采取方案进行验证,在爆破前首先采用ANSYS建立分离式共节点实体模型,并对有限元网格进行划分,然后在DYNA环境下完成对烟囱倒塌过程的数值模拟计算,模拟结果表明所采取的方案可行、有效。实际烟囱倒塌过程、倒塌长度与数值模拟结果较为吻合,因此可认为拆除爆破前,采用数值模拟方法对爆破方案进行验证,并优化爆破设计方案具有重要意义。
Aim at the special situation of the length for collapsing less than the height of chimney, the blasting scheme of cross folding collapse was used to demolish the two reinforce concrete chimney. Before the blasting, for tes- ting and verifying the scheme, the ANSYS was used to establish the separate entity model of nodes and meshing, then simulating the collapse course of the chimney in DYNA. The simulation result shows that this scheme is feasible and valid. After blasting, the collapse course and the collapse length of chimney axe coincide with the simulation result, so using the simulation tests and verifys and optimizes the blasting scheme before blasting is very important.
