摘要
进入21世纪,国内外工程项目进入了大型化、复杂化、集群化,铁路工程亦呈现出大标段化,自2008年后铁道部已全面推行标准化管理,以京沪高速铁路济南西站装修装饰工程为样本,探索以工作分解结构(WBS)为基础,以进度计划为主线来组织资源,实施进度、安全、质量、成本全方位的动态控制,全面实现济南西站项目目标,以此来推动国内建筑施工企业项目管理能力的提升。
Eentering into the 21st century,domestic and overseas construction projects become large-scaled,complicated and clustering,and railway engineering presents augmentation of bid sections as well.Ministry of railways has comprehensively pushed forward standardization management since 2008.Based on the project of Ji'nan west railway station on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,this article explores boosting standardization management to integrally promote project management ability based on work breakdown structure.
