摘要
京沪高速铁路济南西站及相关工程建设施工难度高,涉及营业线和临近营业线施工的行车安全压力巨大;为使安全生产全面受控,实现安全管理提前预想、采取措施、过程控制的预期目标,建设指挥部按照部、局营业线施工管理有关规定、程序,结合工程实际,按照辨识、评估、制定措施、现场盯控的要求,制定了《危险源辨识、评估和现场监控管理办法》,在工程建设中严格进行落实、考核,在整个工程建设过程中起到了很好的卡控作用,取得了较好的效果。
Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway Ji＇nan west railway station with related engineering projects features high construction difficulties,large safety pressure on the traffic of nearby operating lines.According to the ministry＇s related regulations and management procedures of operating line construction management,headquaters developed the Hazard sourses identification,assessment and on-site monitoring and management measures,and followed the measures strictly in implementation,which has played a very good control function during the construction process,with good results achieved.
