摘要
特殊教育是教育的一个组成部分,是使用一般或特别设计的课程、教材、教法、组织形式和设备对特殊儿童(青少年)所进行的达到一般的和特殊的培养目标的教育。阐述了特殊教育专题数据库,提出了特殊教育专题数据库建设过程的体验与思考。
The special education,which is a component of the whole education,is an education carried out for special children to achieve the common and special cultivation goals by using commonly or specially designed courses,teaching materials,teaching methods,organization forms and facilities.This paper expounds the thematic database for special education,and puts forward some experiences of and considerations about the construction of the thematic database for special education.
