摘要
目的探讨外鞘辅助硬镜下气压弹道碎石治疗胆管结石的作用效果及相关问题。方法回顾性分析2008年以来本院用外鞘辅助输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗肝胆管结石患者152例的临床资料。结果全组病例碎石彻底、顺利、无并发症。结论采用外鞘辅助输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗胆管结石具有碎石快捷、彻底、残留结石率底、手术时间短、并发症少、安全高效的特点。
Objective Outer sheath of hard-assisted endoscopic lithotripsy treatment effect of bile duct stones and related problems To investigate the secondary sheath endoscopic lithotripsy hard treatment of bile stones and related problems effect Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital since 2008, assisted with the outer sheath of ufeteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy of bile duct stones in patients with clinical data of 152 cases.Results All cases gravel completely and smoothly,without complications. Conclusion The outer sheath assisted treatment of ureteral lithotripsy of bile duct stones with a stone fast, thorough, residual stone rate at the end, ,shorter operative time, ,fewer complications, ,safe and efficient.
