摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死合并上消化道出血患者的护理。方法对3例急性心肌梗死合并上消化道出血患者采取积极的护理措施。结果 3例患者经积极治疗和护理住院3周~4周均痊愈出院。结论急性心肌梗死合并上消化道出血病情复杂,治疗难度大,采取积极有效的护理措施,可以取得满意的护理效果。
Objective To discuss the nursing for the patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 3 cases of acute myocardial infarction combing with upper gastrointestinal bleeding got active care.Results 3 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital after active treatment and nursing in 3-4 weeks.Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding was complicated disease,and the treatment is difficult,taking positive and effective care measures,could achieve satisfactory results of care.
