摘要 脑高灌注综合征（cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome，CHS）是以头痛、癫痫、意识障碍、局灶性神经功能缺损及颅内出血等为主要临床表现的症状群，常发生于颈动脉血运重建术后（主要是颈动脉内膜切除术后几小时至3周内），
