摘要
目的探讨步长健胃消炎颗粒治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法 160例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用胃乐新颗粒(冲剂)治疗;治疗组给予步长健胃消炎颗粒治疗。观察治疗前后临床有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组的总有效率为77.5%。两组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长健胃消炎颗粒治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎,疗效显著,安全,副作用少,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Jianwei Xiaoyan Keli treats chronic non-atrophic Gastritis. Methods 160 cases of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with Weilexin Keli; the treatment group was treated with Jianwei Xiaoyan Keli.To observe the clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group.There was a significant difference compared with the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Jianwei Xiaoyan Keli treats chronic non-atrophic gastritis is significant,safe,less side effects,it is worth in clinical attention.
