摘要
流感病毒是引起急性流感的病原体,具有传染性强、变异快和宿主范围广的特点。随着对流感病毒研究的深入,人们对流感病毒的认知度不断提高,对其的开发利用也随之启动,其中对最短的NS基因及其编码蛋白(NSI和NS2)的研究开发更令人注目。NS1蛋白虽在病毒出芽时未被包装,但在感染细胞中发挥了多种生物功能,如对宿主细胞IFN的调节、与病毒RNA转录和蛋白的表达有关等。人们利用NS1蛋白这些生物特性,进行研究开发利用。此文对NS1蛋白开发应用及其研究进展作一综述。
Influenza virus is the pathogen causing acute influenza, which has the features of strong infection, fast transmission and wide host range. With the in-depth study of influenza virus, the awareness continues to improve, and people have begun to develop and applicant of influenza virus. The research and development of the shortest NS gene and its proteins (NSf and NS2) are more attractive. NS1 protein in virus budding without being packaged, but in the infected cells plays a variety of biological functions, such as host cell interferon regulation, viral RNA transcription and protein expression. People develop and applicant the NS1 protein through these biological characteristics. In this review, the research progress on development and application of influenza virus NS1 protein are discussed.
