摘要
当前大学生出现就业难的"瓶颈",民办高校学生就业更是雪上加霜。大学生的就业能力缺失是出现大学生就业难的重要原因之一。为此,民办高校必须通过更新和落实办学理念,加强学生的心理素质、实践能力和动手能力的培养,实行素质教育的教育模式,全面提升大学生的就业能力,打造学生就业的软实力。
Nowadays, university students are facing the bottleneck of difficult employment while the employment for students of private universities is worse. One of the essential reasons for the difficult employment is the lack of students＇ employability. For this reason, private universities must firstly update and carry out school-nmning concept, enhance the cultivation of students＇ psychological qualities, practice ability and practical ability, and then carry out an education model of quality education to promote the employability of university students thoroughly and create the soft power of employability.
