摘要
物业服务业的快速发展以及对高素质管理者的需求,客观上要求各类院校必须对相关专业人才培养模式进行改革。在物业管理专业建设过程中,积极与行业和企业进行合作,探索和实践学院、行业主管部门、行业协会、企业"四位一体,联动办学"的人才培养模式。
The rapid development of property service industry with its demand for high- quality managers requires a reform of professional training mode in all institutions concerned. During the process of major development, there will be needed positive cooperations between institutions and industry association or enterprises as well as exploration and practice of a ＂four - in - one linked - school system＂ involving institutions, industry authorities, industry associations and enterprises
