摘要
目的 探讨盆腹腔脏器腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用价值。方法 回顾分析87例因盆、腹腔脏器疾病施行腹腔镜下联合手术的临床资料。结果 87例腹腔镜联合手术均获得成功,无中转开腹,无并发症发生。手术时间最短35min,最长195min,平均105min。术后住院天数4～10d,平均5.7d。结论 盆腹腔脏器腹腔镜联合手术是安全有效、切实可行的。
Objective To study clinical application of combined laparoscopic surgery for abdomino - pelvic cavity organs. Methods The clinical data of 87 cases with abdomino -pelvic cavity diseases by combined laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were recovered satisfied. There was no conversion to open surgery and nor complication occurred. The operation time was 35 - 195 min and the average time was 105 min. The postoperative hospital stay was 4 to 10 days and the average stay was 5.7 day. Conclusion Combined laparoscopic surgery is safe and effective, feasible.
