摘要
目的:比较积极与传统心理干预对中学生心理健康水平的影响。方法:从湛江市两所重点中学的高一高二、初一初二年级随机抽取8个自然班,随机分为干预组与对照组,对干预组进行积极心理干预,对照组进行传统心理干预。结果:干预84周期间,干预组心理健康水平持续上升,对照组干预42周后心理健康水平上升,但43周—84周期间不再有改善。干预84周后干预组和对照组比较心理健康水平差异显著。干预84周后,心理问题检出率干预组与对照组差异显著(P<0.001);心理咨询的回访率,干预组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于提升中学生的心理健康水平和预防心理疾病,积极心理干预优于传统心理干预。
Objective: To compare the effects of positive mental intervention and traditional mental intervention on middle school students' mental health. Methods: 8 natural classes of Junior one and two, Senior one and two respectively were randomly chosen from two key middle schools in Zhanjiang City. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was practiced with positive mental intervention, while the control group was practiced with traditional mental intervention. Results: During the intervention of 84 weeks, the interventional group improvement of their mental health steadily, while the control group only enhance its' mental health after 42 weeks' intervention. A significant difference in the level of mental health happened between the interventional group and control group. After 84 weeks' intervention, the detection rate of psychological problems between the interventional group and the control group was statistically significant (P〈0.001); a return rate of psychological counseling between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Positive mental education is better than traditional mental education in the enhancement of middle school students' mental health and in the prevention of their mental illness.
