摘要
目的:探讨中小学教师心理资本、工作家庭促进与工作满意度、生活满意度的关系。方法:采用心理资本问卷、工作家庭促进问卷、工作满意度问卷、生活满意度问卷测量426名中小学教师。结果:中小学教师心理资本、工作家庭促进、工作满意度、生活满意度两两之间均呈显著正相关。在控制了人口统计学变量后,心理资本、工作促进家庭对工作满意度、生活满意度均具有显著预测作用,同时,心理资本对工作满意度、生活满意度的预测作用部分通过工作促进家庭来实现。结论:工作促进家庭在心理资本与工作满意度、生活满意度关系中发挥着中介作用。
Objective: To study the relationships between psychological capital, work-family facilitation and job satisfaction, life satisfaction in a sample of primary and secondary school teachers. Methods: 426 teachers from 8 schools were measured by Psychological Capital Scale, Work-family Facilitation Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale. Results: There were significant positive correlation among psychological capital, work-family facilitation, job satisfaction and life satisfaction. After controlling the demographic variables (age, gender and school age), psychological capital, work-family facihtation had direct prediction on teachers' job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Moreover, work to family facilitation partially mediated the effect of psychological capital on job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Conclusion: The effect of psychological capital on job satisfaction and life satisfaction is mediated by work to family facilitation.
