摘要
分析社会单位在防火工作中存在的行业管理无法可依、防火巡查重点不明确等问题,针对公安消防机构的监督检查内容的侧重点、检查方法的科学性、行政处罚的针对性、现役体制对防火工作的适应性等问题,提出分行业分系统管理、由岗位负责人组织巡查、消防监督检查引入中介组织等加强防火工作的对策。
The problems like no laws about industry management, no emphasis on fire prevention inspect, etc. in fire prevention work of social units were analyzed. The measures as management with different industry or system, lead inspect by person in charge the position, introduce the intermediate group to fire inspection, etc. to enhance the fire protection work were put forward based on the points of focus of the fire inspection by public security fire control institutions, rationality of inspection method, direction of administrate penalty, suitability of active duty institution to fire prevention work, etc.
