油脂加氢制备第二代生物柴油的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 第二代生物柴油是动植物油脂催化加氢生产的非脂肪酸甲酯生物柴油,它是理想的优质柴油调合组分。结合近几年第二代生物柴油的研究发展状况,介绍了油脂加氢过程中发生的主要化学反应,以及油脂在不同催化剂及反应条件下的转化形式和产品属性;简述了第二代生物柴油的主要工业化工艺及其进展,指出了第二代生物柴油发展存在的问题和今后的方向。 The second generation biodiesel was prepared principally by catalytic hydrogenation from oils and fats to produce non-fatty acid methyl ester biodiesel which was an ideal blend component for diesel oil.Through the advances in the second generation biodiesel in recent years,the main chemical reactions in the process are presented.The transformation of oils and fats and the product properties on different catalysts under different reaction conditions are introduced.Furthermore,the existing problems and prospective development trend are also proposed.
