摘要 在某些应用中需要时基高度对准的多通道并行采样前端。针对此类需求,利用FPGA和SPI接口AD转换器实现了多通道并行采样的时基"硬"同步,与以往的多通道开关-单ADC并行采样方式相比具有结构简单、可靠性高、扩展性好等优点。FPGA的波形仿真和SignalTapII嵌入式逻辑分析仪采样验证了设计的有效性。 Parallel multichannel synchronous-sampling and data acquisition system which has accurate time-base align- ment is needed in some systenx For meeting this type of requirement, this paper realized hardware synchronization of time base by using FPGA and SPI interface AD convector, which inherits the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and expansibility. It is shown by FPGA simulation and SignalTapII waveform that the designed is effective.
