摘要
坦克炮控系统的性能测试关键为角位移的测试,因此,研制了基于动力调谐陀螺仪的角位移测试系统。介绍了系统组成及工作原理,并着重分析了角位移测量原理和误差,以及在线实时数据处理技术。实验结果表明:基于动力调谐陀螺仪并采用改进零点渐变算法的角位移测试系统零点漂移小,测角精度可达0.48%,完全能满足炮控系统性能测试的需求。
It was important for the measuring the angular displacement in the performance measurement of tank gun control system, so the angular displacement test system based on dynamically tuned gyro(DTG) was designed. The system composition and working principle were introduced. Measuring principle and error of angular displacement and on-line real time data processing technology are analyzed emphatically. The result of experiment indicates that angular displacement test system based on DTG and using improved drift trend algorithm has advantages such as small zero drift and angle measurement accuracy of 0. 48%, and meets the requirement of performance measurement for gun control system.
