摘要
在唇腭裂患者颌、齿槽裂的二期修复术中,临床较普遍采用自体髂骨(海绵骨、皮质骨)的细片移植术,以闭锁口鼻的裂隙,恢复其形态及功能。三磷酸钙羟基磷灰石HAP·TCP,被临床广泛应用地证明具有良好的生物相容性、骨传导作用。本研究通过选择性地使用颗粒状HAP·TCP,对家兔的颌、齿槽裂模型的实验结果表明,适量的HAP·TCP,颗粒不仅促进良好的骨形成,有效地闭锁裂隙。
Objective:To repair the secondary alveolar cleft,it was used autogenous bone grafts, such as cancellous bone chips and block of the iliac in clinic. Methods: Recently the composition of hydroxyapatite, Triphosphate calcium (HAP·TCP) was proved with excellent biomaterial and bony conduction in the experiment and clinic. This study used HAP·TCP granules to close the cleft of surgically alveolus model in rabbits. Conclusions: The results show that adequacy of HAP·TCP granules are not only promote bone formation in the bone deffected side, but also no signiticaut influence of maxillary growth.
