商洛黄芩内生真菌分离鉴定及抗植物病原菌活性筛选 被引量:1

Isolation of Endophytic Fungi from Scutellaria baicalensis Growing in Shangluo Region and Screening of Their Inhibitory Activities to Plant Pathogens

摘要 采用组织分离法从健康黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)植株的根、茎、叶中分离获得36株内生真菌,经鉴定隶属于12属,链格霉属为优势属。对峙试验结果显示,分离获得的内生菌中有31株对一种或多种植物病原菌有不同程度的抑制作用,占分离菌的86%;有6株菌对一种或多种病原菌的抑菌率在75%以上,占分离菌的17%。对这6株菌培养滤液的抑菌活性也进行了测定,结果表明对峙试验中产生抑菌带的菌株其培养滤液抑菌活性也高。在6株筛选到的活性菌株中,SBF02和SBF06对棉立枯病菌抑制效果较好;SBF08和SBF27对苹果干腐病菌抑制效果较好;SBF11和SBF27对茄腐皮病镰孢霉抑制效果较好;SBF08和SBF32分别对烟草赤星病菌和草燕麦镰孢霉抑制效果较好。 Thirty-six strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of healthy Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with tissue method.They were identified as twelve fungal genera among which Alternaria was the dominant genus.The results of antagonistic cultivation indicated that thirty-one strains of endophytic fungi,accounting for 86% of all the isolates,could inhibit one plant pathogens or more to some extent;and the inhibitory activity of six strains,seventeen percent of total isolates;was significant at least to one plant pathogens,with the anti-bacterial ratio higher than 75%.Antimicrobial activity of six strains's culture filtrates were also detected and presented that the strains producing inhibition band in antagonistic cultivation also showed remarkable inhibitory activity to indicative pathogens in the test of culture filtrates.Among six screened strains,SBF02 and SBF06 showed remarkable inhibitory activity to Rhizoctonia solani Kühn,SBF08 and SBF27 showed remarkable inhibitory activities to Botryosphae riadothidea,SBF11 and SBF27 showed remarkable inhibitory activities to Fusarium solani(Mart.),and SBF08 and SBF32 showed remarkable inhibitory activities to Alternaria alternata and Fusarium avenaceum respectively.
