摘要 目的观察层黏连蛋白(LN)和纤维连接蛋白(Fn)在小鼠肾小体发育过程中的表达规律,探讨其与肾小体发生发育的关系及作用。方法采用免疫组织化学技术结合体视学方法定量检测LN和Fn的表达。结果胚龄12 d的胎鼠LN表达于输尿管芽周围,胚龄14 d始,在各期肾小体的基膜均有表达。体视学测量发现,随着肾小体的发育成熟,其阳性表达的面密度值逐渐增多。Fn在除逗号小体以外的各期肾小体的基底膜处均有表达。体视学测量结果显示其表达量逐渐增加。结论 LN和Fn在小鼠肾小体发育和成熟过程中发挥重要作用。 [Objective] To observe the chronological and spatial expressions of laminin (LN) and fibronectin (Fn) in developing mouse renal corpuscle and investigate the relationship between the expression and renal corpuscle development. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry and stereological were used to observe and measure the expression of LN and Fn in embryos and postnatal mouse renal corpuscle, [Results] The expression of laminin was noticed in the ureteric bud, all stages of glomeruli and increased gradually with ages; The expression of Fn was also noticed in all stages of giomeruli except for the comma-shaped corpuscles, and also increased gradually with ages. [Conclusion] LN and Fn play an important role in the development and maturation of mouse renal corpuscle.
