摘要
文章结合在大型智能建筑弱电安装工程项目实施中的经验,分析弱电安装项目进度管理中存在的问题,提出不同阶段应当采取的措施,为弱电安装工程进度管理的实施提供指导意见。
In combination with the experience in the implementation of weak current installation project of large-scale intelligent building,the paper analyzes the problems in schedule management,and proposes measures at different stages,providing guidance for the schedule management in the weak current installation.
