摘要
为探明低磷胁迫对不同磷敏感型玉米的部分理化指标的影响,以不同基因型玉米品种(耐磷型66和磷敏感型163)为材料,采用溶液培养法,对玉米幼苗进行不同处理[加磷(+P)、缺磷(-P)],研究玉米叶绿素含量、磷酸酯酶含量的变化。结果表明,在低磷胁迫下(-P),2个玉米品种的酸性磷酸酶均明显大于正常供磷水平下(+P);叶绿素含量均呈现下降的趋势。另外,低磷条件下,66的叶绿素含量和酸性磷酸酶含量均大于163。这些结果表明,不同基因型玉米品种在低磷条件下的适应性反应,为进一步研究磷饥饿响应基因在植物营养中的功能提供理论参考。
Based on different maize genotypes as material,using solution culture method,on maize seedling of different treatments[phosphor(+P) ,phosphorus(-P) ],study the changes,such as maize chlorophyll and acid phosphatase content.The results showed that,in low phosphorus stress(-P) ,acid phosphatase of two maize varieties were significantly greater than normal P supply levels(+P) ,and chlorophyll content showed a downward trend.In addition,under the condition of low phosphorus,the chlorophyll content and the activity of acid phosphatase of 66 were greater than that of 163.These results suggested that,adaptive responses in different maize genotypes under low phosphorus condition,and provide a theoretical reference for the further study of phosphorus starvation response gene in plant nutrition function.
