摘要
目的 探讨后房型人工晶状体（ＰＣＩＯＬ） 脱入玻璃体腔内及ＩＯＬ 再复位的手术方法。 方法 对５ 例ＰＣＩＯＬ脱入到玻璃体腔内经玻璃体切割取出及ＩＯＬ 睫状沟固定观察其手术疗效。 结果 ５ 例患者ＩＯＬ 位置正中、稳固，视力均在０ ．３ 以上，最好视力０ ．８ 。 结论 ＩＯＬ 脱入玻璃体腔后，应尽早手术，玻璃体手术处理是惟一安全有效的方法，睫状沟缝线固定ＩＯＬ 定位要准确，不但可避免并发症的发生。
ObjectiveTo explore the operative method of the dislocation of posterior chamber intraocular lens(PC IOL)into the vitreous and the reposition of PC IOL.MethodsPC IOL with the dislocation into the vitreous in 5 cases(5 eyes) were taken off via vitrectomy and were fixed in the ciliary sulcus.ResultsThe location of IOL was fixed tightly in the middle in all the cases.The visual acuity was more than 0.3 in 5 eyes,the best of which was 0.8.ConclusionThe operation on the dislocation of IOL to the vitreous should be performed as soon as possible.The vitrectomy was the only safe and effective method.To avoid the complications and get the obvious improvement of the visual acuity,IOL should be fixed exactly in the ciliary sulcus.
