摘要
文章对近年草甘膦残留检测技术包括高效液相色谱、高效液相色谱-质谱联用、气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用、化学分析、分子印迹-化学发光分析和免疫分析等的研究进展做一综述,并阐述了各检测技术的原理、优缺点及应用,为草甘膦残留检测研究提供参考.
This review presented a general overview of the research advances on the detection techniques of glyphosate residue in recent years,including high performance liquid chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,chemical analysis,molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence analysis and immunoassay.Furthermore,the principles,advantages,disadvantages and applications of various techniques were discussed,which provided references for the study on the test of glyphosate residue.
