摘要
对当代中国工人阶级内部结构进行划分和分析,研究中国工人阶级内部阶层和谐与和谐社会建设的关系,进而提出合理调整工人阶级内部阶层结构以促进和谐社会建设的政策建议。
This paper analyzed and set off the internal structure of contemporary Chinese working class,and studied the relationship between internal harmonious stratum structure of working class and the harmonious society construction.Then it put forward reasonable policy suggestions to adjust internal stratum structure of working class and to promote harmonious society construction.
