摘要
目的介绍临床药师通过深入临床一线,协助医生对于感染性疾病做出及时正确的诊断从而融入到整个治疗团队的经验。方法对临床药师参与布鲁氏杆菌感染诊治的1典型案例进行总结分析。方法对临床药师参与布鲁氏杆菌感染诊治的1典型案例进行总结分析。结果临床药师参与感染性疾病诊断与治疗,对提高临床感染性疾病诊治水平、优化抗感染治疗方案、避免和减少抗菌药物的滥用、提高临床抗感染药物的合理应用水平起着极大的推动作用。结论临床药师利用自己的病原生物学和药学专业特长参与感染性疾病诊断与治疗取得了明显的效果,找到了融入临床治疗团队的切入点,确立了专业地位。
Objective To provide experiences about the clinical pharmacists＇ adapting to the whole team by assisting the doctor to make timely and correct diagnosis and treatment for infectious diseases.Methods To summary and analyse a case of clinical pharmacists involved in diagnosis and treatment of patients with Brucella infection.Results Clinical pharmacists participate in diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and to improve clinical infectious diseases treatment level,optimizing anti-infection treatment scheme,avoid and reduce antimicrobial drugs abuse,improve clinical anti-infection the reasonable application of medicines level plays a great role.Conclusion With pathogenic biology and medicine expertise/speciality,clinical pharmacists made great performance in infectious disease diagnosis and treatment,found breakthrough point join in clinical treatment group and established their professional status.
