摘要
目的:通过对1例恋童症患者进行认识领悟治疗的个案,观察和分析形成恋童症的原因,探讨认识领悟疗法对恋童症的治疗作用。方法:于2008年2月至3月期间,在我院门诊部心理咨询科对1例中年男性恋童症患者实施观察和治疗。观察法:对患者的衣着、表情、行为等进行观察,并对观察结果进行分析,判断患者心理状态和治疗效果。谈话法:通过语言交谈,了解患者的心理状态和心理发展过程,根据患者接近所迷恋年龄段7～8岁女孩时的反应来判断治疗效果。认识领悟疗法:按照钟友彬教授创立的认识领悟疗法的原理、方法和步骤,对恋童症患者实施认识领悟治疗。结果:患者的恋童症症状完全消失。结论:可以使用认识领悟疗法治疗恋童症。
Objective：To analyze the causes for pedophilia and investigate the efficacy of correcting and treating pedophilia by observing and treating one patient using Cognitive and insight therapy. Methods：one mare patient with pedophilia visited the outpatients Department of The Luoyang Rongkang Hospital of Henan Province between February 2008 and March 2008. Cognitive and insight therapy were given by means of observation and talking method according to the methods of professor Zhong Youbin ＇s. Observation method： the clothing, facial expression and behavior were observed , the results were analyzed to judge the psychological state of the patient and the effect of Cognitive and insight therapy. Talking method and Cognitive and insight therapy ： the mental state and development were known by talking to give the Cognitive and insight therapy according to the methods of professor Zhong Youbin＇s. The condition of turning better was judged by the responds of the patient when the patient approached to the girls who was 7 - 8 years old. Results： The symptoms of the pedophilia patient were disappeared after the Cognitive and insight therapy. The pedophilia patient was recovered. Conclusions： It is suggested that the Cognitive and insight therapy was useful in the treatment of the pedophilia patient.
