摘要
为了更科学模拟非均质煤储层,引入弹性模量无量纲因数、单轴抗压强度无量纲因数和抗拉强度无量纲因数及拉弹因数比5个参数,以弹性模量为基准,建立了考虑抗拉强度、抗压强度和弹性模量之间关联性的非均质煤储层数值模拟模型。将煤视作理想弹塑性体,基于煤弹塑性变形理论和煤内瓦斯流动理论,建立了考虑力学参数关联的非均质煤变形和瓦斯流动耦合数学模型。利用建立的模型模拟了辽宁某瓦斯抽放试井瓦斯抽放过程,结果表明材料非均质和有效应力变化,使得煤岩局部破坏,透气系数显著增大,在弹性区,由于有效应力的作用,透气系数减小,该模型相比于以往模型能更合理地考虑煤的力学非均质特性。
To simulate scientifically heterogeneous coalbed,Five physical parameters including index of elastic modulus,index of uniaixal compressive strength,index of tension strength,index ratio of tension VS elastic modulus(IRTE) and index ratio uniaixal of compressive strength VS elastic modulus(IRUCE) are defined Based on elastic modulus the probability model of heterogeneous coal with the relevance of mechanical parameters is presented.Based on elastic-plastic theory of coal rock and the gas seepage theory,the coupled deformation and gas flow model for the heterogeneous coal with the mechanical correlation is presented and the numerical program(Coupling Analysis) is developed.As a case study,a gas well in Liaoning is studied with the model.The results show that during the gas well works,the heterogeneity of coal and the change of the effective stress causes coal plastic failure.In plastic failure region the permeability greatly increases and in elastic region the permeability decreases caused by effective stress.The model in this paper is much more reasonable.
