摘要 为了合理认识和评价区域水资源,针对水循环过程中的特定环节,用系统论方法分析其结构和水量组成要素,分别建立了天然水系统和社会水系统的水量平衡方程。将一定区域内各种水量要素计算结果代入相应的水量平衡方程,检验等式是否平衡,当出现不平衡时,揭示以下问题:①水量平衡分析过程中水量要素不够全面,缺某项水量要素的测验或统计数据;②部分水量要素的测验结果或统计结果不符合实际情况,水量要素的测验或统计不准确。运用该方法进行天津市水量平衡分析,并取得较好效果。 For reasonable realization and evaluation of regional water resources,the systematic theory method was used to analyze the structure and components of the water system in terms of some specific progresses during water circulation,and the water balance equations of a natural water system and social water system were established,respectively.The calculation results of the components of the water system in the study region were substituted into corresponding water balance equations to check the balance of the equations.If the equations were found to be unbalanced,it indicated the following:(1) The components of the water system are insufficient during water balance analysis,and the tests or statistics for a certain component are lacking.(2) The test or statistical results for some components are not consistent with reality and are not accurate.The proposed method was applied to the water balance analysis for Tianjin City.
