日益提高的需要对钛合金的组织和性能提出了更高的要求。强韧化处理是综合提高钛合金力学性能的重要发展方向。文章概述了钛合金强韧化机理和当前强韧化技术和方法的发展状况,重点是解决其存在的不足,开发其工程化应用。
The higher desire for microstructure and mechanical properties of titanium alloys has been put forward with the increasing demands. The treat by a special process of strengthening and toughening is an important way in enhancing mechanical properties of titanium alloys. The current situation on mechanism, technique and method of strengthening and toughening was reviewed in this article. The existing problems and development direction were pointed out.
