摘要
在机械加工中,零部件上的一些非完整圆结构的半径或直径经常需要进行高精度的检测,弓高弦长法是对这样的少半圆直径进行测量的常用方法。在对传统的弓高弦长法深入研究分析的基础上,给出了当弓高或弦长在微小范围内变化时,少半圆直径(或半径)的测量方程是有关弓高变化量或弦长变化量的线性方程,该测量方程充分地表达出弓高变化量或弦长变化量的放大系数是与角度有关的"灵敏系数",这个系数指明了提高少半圆直径测量精度的方向;并给出了系数是特殊值的几个测量角度,关系特别简单,不需要复杂的计算,测量结果实现了所见即所得。
In machining, the semicircle radius or diameter of parts with nonholonomic round structure is often required to measure with high precision,while the arc height and chord length method for measuring semicircle diameter is a traditional method commonly used.On the basis of deep research into the traditional measurement methods,the idea was present that the measurement equations of semicircle radius or diameter are linear equations associated with the variation of arc height or chord length,which changes in a small range.The said measurement equations fully demonstrate that the coefficients associated with the variation of arc height or chord length are sensitive, with angles,and the coefficients indicate how to improve measure- ment accuracy;Meanwhile several special coeffwients for measuring angles were suggested, which relations are particularly simple without complex calculations.The measurements show what you see is what you gel
