摘要
目的:研究呼吸重症监护病房(RICU)患者并发胸腔积液的临床特点。方法:选择入住RICU期间行机械通气并发胸腔积液35例患者的临床资料,分析机械通气合并胸腔积液患者的病情特点及相关因素。结果:35例患者发生胸腔积液的相关因素以低蛋白血症、肺炎旁积液及心力衰竭最常见。结论:RICU机械通气患者发生胸腔积液的原因明显区别于普通病房,营养支持、控制感染及改善心功能是主要的治疗手段。
Objective To study the clinical features of the mechanical ventilation patients in respiratory intensive care unit（RICU） complicating pleural effusion.Method Thirty-five patients with pleural effusion were admitted in RICU and accepted mechanical ventilation,their clinical data,the disease characteristics and related factors were analyzed.Results The most common factors related to pleural effusion were hypoproteinemia,parapneumonic effusion and heart failure.Conclusion The reasons of pleural effusion in patients in RICU receiving mechanical ventilation are significantly different from the general ward,nutritional support,infection control and improvement of cardiac function are the main treatments.
