摘要
简要回顾了我国学位与研究生制度的发展历程,根据对新增硕士学位授予单位条件的分析, 结合长春大学实际情况, 认为学校只有从“教学型”转变为“教学科研型”, 才能在硕士学位授予权和培养研究生工作上实现零的突破,
Looking on the developing cource of our academic degree and postgraduate system,analysing conditions of the newly increased masters degree granting units and combining the actual situation of Changchun university,We think only turning teaching into teaching and research can our school accomplish breaking up nought in declaring masters degree gift and training postgraducates so the concrete measures concerned are put forward.
