摘要
为加强施工项目管理,实现项目控制目标和利润最大化,越来越多的建筑企业把风险管理应用到项目管理中来,成为项目管理体系的重要组成部分,并发挥了积极作用。文章主要根据多年来在铁路、高速公路施工项目管理中的实践和思考,对风险管理的过程进行了简要介绍,包括风险因素识别、分析、评估、对策和监控。
To strengthen the construction project management,project control objectives and maximize profits,more and more construction companies applyriskmanagement toprojectmanagement,projectmanagement systembecomes an important part,and played an active role.Based on many years of railway,highway construction project management practice and thinking on the risk management process,this paper brieflydescribed the riskmanagement,includingrisk factor identification,analysis,evaluation,response andmonitoring.
