摘要
建立了简单可靠的自动固相微萃取-气相色谱联用测定土壤中的六种指示性多氯联苯(PCBs)。同时研究了主要环境因素对方法萃取效率的影响。结果表明对六种分析物来说,用100μm的PDMS萃取头,在100℃的条件下萃取40min能够得到较好的萃取效果。该方法简便、快捷、成本低,线性良好,检测限低至0.1~0.2ng.g-1,平行测定5次,相对标准偏差为2.8%~9.1%,相对回收率为95.6%~105.1%。该方法可用于测定土壤中的多氯联苯。
A method of automated solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography for the determination of six polychlorinated biphenyls in soil was developed.Extraction conditions for SPME were optimized.The results showed that for these compounds,higher extraction efficiency was obtained with PDMS fiber(100 μm) under 100℃ for 40 min.The method is simple,fast,low cost and have good linearity with detection limits of 0.1~0.2 ng·g-1.Relative standard deviations is in the range from 2.8% to 9.1%(n=5),and the recoveries is 95.6%~105.1%.The method was applied to the determination of PCBs in the soil with good result.
