摘要
以某住宅楼的不均匀沉降事故为实例，分析了引起沉降的原因，论述了静压桩托承结构的托承原理。
This paper used static pressure piles to strengthen the foundation of a dwelling house,showed their advantages of strengthening foundation and reducing nonuniform settlement of the multistorey buildings.And the paper presented the proper design and construction method of the static pressure piles.
