铁铝尖晶石的合成及镁铁铝尖晶石砖的性能与应用 被引量:23

摘要 系统论述了铁铝尖晶石(FeO.Al2O3)的合成、铁的存在价态对镁铁铝尖晶石砖性能的影响,并阐述了采用预合成铁铝尖晶石制备的镁铁铝尖晶石砖在水泥窑上的出色使用性能,指出其完全可以替代现有镁铬砖,是水泥回转窑烧成带用耐火材料的发展方向;同时还指出了镁铁铝尖晶石砖未来的研究方向是降低砖的热导率以及控制铁铝尖晶石合成气氛的简单化。 Hercynite (FeO·Al2O3) synthesis and the effects of existing valence of iron ion on the performance of magnesia hercynite brick were discussed,and the excellent performance of the magnesia hercynite bricks prepared using pre-synthesized hercynite on cement kiln was expounded. Using magnesia hercynite bricks to fully replace magnesia chrome bricks is the developing trend of refractories for cement rotary kiln firing zone, and the future research direction of the magnesia hercynite bricks is to decrease the thermal conductivity and simplify the control of synthesizing atmosphere of hercynite.
