摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫圆韧带缩短及子宫腹壁悬吊术治疗女性盆底功能障碍的安全性和可行性,并行近期疗效评价。方法对18例盆底功能障碍患者行腹腔镜下子宫圆韧带缩短及子宫腹壁悬吊术,比较术前、术后盆底功能改善情况。结果 18例患者手术均获成功,术后恢复良好,手术时间(30±20)分钟,近期无盆腔脏器脱垂复发,主观症状消失或明显改善(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫圆韧带缩短及子宫腹壁悬吊术治疗盆底功能失调及子宫脱垂安全可靠,近期疗效明显,远期疗效有待进一步观察。
Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of Laparoscopic Plication and Suspension of the round ligamentoffemale pelvic floor dysfunction,with evaluation of short term curative effect.Methods 18 cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were treated and recorded in our hospital,with laparoscopic plication and suspension of the round ligament,comparing the preoperative and postoperative pelvic floor function improvement.Results 18 surgeries were all successfully supplied with good recovery,The mean operation time was about 30minutes＋ 20 minutes,no recent recurrence of pelvic organ prolapse were observed in a short term.The subjective symptoms of patients disappeared or improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic plication and suspension of the round ligamentwas a safe and reliable treatment for female pelvic floor dysfunction,the curative effect was significant,and further studies were needed for long-term effect.
