摘要 以硅酸钠(Na2SiO3)为催化剂,以餐饮废油和甲醇为原料合成生物柴油脂肪酸甲酯.通过实验考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对反应过程的影响.得到了较佳反应工艺条件:n(甲醇):n(废油酯)=6:1,Na2SiO3催化剂用量为餐饮废油和甲醇总质量的5%,反应温度<90℃,反应时间为6.0h,在该条件下餐饮废油的转化率达到97.8%. Synthesis of biodiesel from waste cooking oil and methanol with Na2SiO3 as catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction conditions, such as mole ratio of methanol to waste cooking oil,Na2SiO3 catalyst dosage and reaction time were examined. The optimum reaction conditions were found as: mole ratio of n(methanol) to n (waste cooking oil) is 6 : 1 ;Na2SiO3 as catalyst cooking oil and methanol) ;reaction temperature cooking oil by the process can achieve 97.8%. dosage is 90 of 5 % ( mass of catalyst relative to total mass of waste ℃ below ; reaction time is 6.0 h.
