摘要
本文就高校图书馆占座问题,结合自己的管理经验,通过改变管理体制,完善管理制度,加强管理措施等提出了一些行之有效的管理办法,有效制止占座行为,为读者提供良好的学习场所,提高服务水平。
Aiming at the issue about holding a seat in college library,combining with management experience,the author puts forward a series of effective measures to control the behavior of holding a seat,such as reform management system,improve management mechanism,and strengthen management,for providing good learning environment and improving service level.
