摘要
根据煤矿生产的特殊要求,提出了一种采煤工作面电动机循环水冷却控制系统的设计方案,详细介绍了该系统PLC控制系统、控制程序、触摸屏监控软件的设计。该系统采用PLC作为控制器,通过采集水箱中的水位、温度、各个电动机出口侧的水温及流量等参数,实现了电动机的冷却及过热保护。
The paper put forward a design scheme of circulating water cooling control system of motor on coal face according to special requirements for coal production,and introduced design of PLC control system,control programm and touch screen monitoring software of the system in details.The system uses PLC as controller,realizes motor cooling and overheat protection through acquisiting water level and temperature of tank,water temperature and flow of outlet of motors.
