摘要 目前,随着铁路全封闭、立交化的推进,大量既有铁路通过箱涵顶进施工实施平改立工程,在保证既有铁路正常运营的前提下,注浆加固预支护技术成为箱涵顶进安全施工的保证。在对大跨度、高净空箱涵立交桥进行注浆预加固支护,施工中采用水泥-水玻璃注浆和施工工艺,确保了顺利穿越京包铁路,路基无溜塌、滑移等现象,使铁路正常运营快速恢复。 At present, as fully-closed and flyover railway are promoted, a large number ot existing rauways have altered grade crossing to flyover crossing through culvert jacking construction. On the premise of ensuing normal operation of the existing railways, grouting reinforcement pre-supporting technology has become the guarantee for culvert jacking safety construction. Cement + soluble glass grouting and construction process have been adopted in grouting reinforcement pre-supporting construction of large-span, high-clearance culvert flyover, which successfully passed Beijing-Baotou Railway without subgrade collapse or sliding for rapid recovery of railway normal operation.
