表皮癣菌和白念珠菌分泌的表皮生长因子对培养人类角质形成细胞的作用研究

摘要 目的 了解表皮癣菌和白念珠菌培养产物对体外培养人角质形成细胞的作用。方法 取浅部真菌和白念珠菌培养滤液与原代培养人类角质形成细胞孵育 ,比较表皮因子值及其对角质形成细胞生长的作用。结果 红色毛癣菌分泌EFG最高 6 1 .1 μg/L(浊度比 4 .5× 1 0 10 ) ,对倍稀释液对培养的原代人类角质形成细胞作用最强 ,角质形成细胞标记指数可达 2 80 0cpm/盘。 结论 本项研究为皮肤浅部真菌病的病变机理提供理论依据。 Objective To understand the effect of products secreted by dermatophyte and candia albican on human keratinocyte in vitro.Method Filtrate of cultured dermatophyte and candia albican was incubated with human keratinocyte,the level of growth factor and the effect were comparatively analysed.Result The highest level of growth factor 61.1μg/L,was produced by trichophyton rubrum(turbidimetry 4.5×10 10 ),and the strongest effect was at the point of double diluted filtrarate,cell index reached 2800 cpm/dish.Conclusion This study provided new view in pathogenesis of superficial mycoses of superficial fungi.
