摘要
目的应用PAR指数评价多曲方丝弓与直丝弓矫治技术在二类错合非拔牙病例的矫治效果。方法选取29例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错合病例,中度拥挤覆盖,治疗前对模型进行PAR指数测定,其总分值无统计学差异,随机分成多曲方丝弓组和直丝弓组进行矫治。治疗结束后测量PAR值,进行统计学分析。结果 2组病例在矫治前后各项PAR评估项目及总分值均明显低于矫治前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后多曲方丝弓组的PAR总分值低于直丝弓组(P<0.01)。结论对于安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者用2种方法治疗均得到了极大的改善,但多曲方丝弓组较直丝弓组病例改善更为明显。
Objective To evaluate difference between MEAW and straight wire appliance treatment outcome of nonextraction in Class II division I malocclusion by PAR index.Methods Twenty nine children of class II division I malocclusion are choosen,which pre-treatment study models were assessed by PAR index.The invidile scores have no statistical difference.The sample were divided into two groups ratically,MEAW group and straight wire group.The PAR index on post-treatment cast and PAR score were recorded respectively,the data were analysed statistically.Results the indivial scores and the overall score reduced in two groups with significant difference.The PAR score of MEAW group were lower than that of straight wire group after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Aftrer treatmenat,all cases of two groups have improved greatly,however,the MEAW group was more efficient than the straight wire group.
