摘要
目的:探讨用超声雾化吸入治疗呼吸道疾病的影响因素及护理体会。方法:回顾分析我院980例呼吸道感染患者,配合医生处方的药物进行超声雾化吸入治疗。结果:经3～7天的治疗后,患者均达到满意效果。需要注意的是,在进行雾化前,护理人员要对患者进行详细的解释,此外,还要调整雾量的大小、间隔时间以及对患者的痰液及时进行处理。结论:掌握影响超声雾化吸入疗效的因素有利于使药物更好地达到治疗效果,从而加快患者的恢复时间。
Objective：To study tinfluence factor and nursing of ultrasonic atomizer for respiratory disease treatment.Methods：Retrospectly analysis of 980 cases of respiratory tract infection disease patients with the prescription drug line ultrasonic atomization inhalation treatment.Results：after 3 to 7 these patients received satisfied effect.Pay attention to explain to patients before atomization.when atomization,we should notice the amount,interval time and handle with sputum.Conclusion：Know well the influence factors of ultrasonic atomizer could make he drugs achieve better effect,speed up the patients recovery time.
