摘要
目的:探讨小切口胆囊切除术的手术方法,并论证该手术临床的应用,总结小切口胆囊切除术的疗效。方法:对我院施行小切口胆囊切除术的50例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果;无手术死亡现象,42例病例当天可下床活动,38例病例次日能够进食流质。无术后腹腔出血、切口感染发生,切口脂肪液化2例。结论:只要充分掌握手术适应症,在传统手术的基础上小切口胆囊切除术是十分安全可靠的。小切口胆囊切除术具有痛苦小、创伤小、恢复快等优点,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the small-incision cholecystectomy in surgical techniques,and demonstrate the application of clinical surgery,small incision cholecystectomy summarize the results.Method implemented by a small incision in our hospital cholecystectomy 50 cases,clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.No operative mortality outcome,42 cases can get out of bed that day,38 cases were able to eat the next day liquid.No postoperative intra-abdominal bleeding,wound infection,wound seroma in 2 cases.Conclusion as long as full control of surgical indications in surgery on the basis of the traditional small-incision cholecystectomy is very safe and reliable.Small-incision cholecystectomy has a pain,trauma,quicker recovery,etc.,are worth promoting.
