摘要
城乡统筹是我国科学发展观的核心内容,探索新农村建设道路对我国统筹城乡发展意义重大。以我国人口大省和粮食大省的河南省为例,回顾了我国新农村建设的历史背景和演化历程,分析了新时期我国新农村建设的内涵、模式和演化的动力机制,探讨了在新农村建设中应重点关注的问题,并对新农村建设的区域模式和发展类型进行了系统分析和比较研究。
Planning of urban and rural is the major contents of the scientific concept of development, and to probe into the construction path of the new countryside is of significance to the planning of urban and rural in our country. The paper takes Henan Province as an example, firstly reviewed the historical background of our country＇ s new countryside construction and its evolution course, then analysed the connotation,the pattern as well as the evolution dynamics system of the new countryside construction at the new period in our country, also discussed the questions emerged in the course of construction, and finally made a systematical analysis and comparision studies on the regional patterns and development types of the new countryside construction.
