吸入二氧化硫、二氧化氮混合气体对气道功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨模拟坦克射击后舱内污染气体SO2 、NO2 对豚鼠气道功能的影响。方法:动物行人工通气,吸入三组不同浓度混合气体(A 组:SO25 ppm NO21.5 ppm ;B组:SO210 ppm NO23 ppm ;C组:SO215 ppm NO25 ppm) 持续15 min,于吸入前后测定气道内压(IP),并行组胺气道激发试验。测定BAL细胞成份变化及行病理检查。结果:吸入混合气体后三组IP均有升高,但与吸入空气时相比IP无显著性差异( P>0.05)。组织胺激发后PC20 值与对照组相比,三组均差异显著(P< 0.05) 。且BAL中性粒细胞数增加。结论:短时吸入SO2、NO2 可使豚鼠气道反应性增高,导致气道炎症产生。 Purpose:To evaluate the influences on airway function of Guinea pigs to inhale sulfur dioxide (SO 2) and nitrogen dioxide(NO 2).Methods:The tested animals were divided into 4 groups and were inhaled air and three different concentration mixed gas respectively(①SO 2 5 ppm NO 2 1.5 ppm ② SO 2 10 ppm NO 2 3 ppm ③SO 2 15 ppm NO 2 5 ppm)lasting 15 min by ventilator.Introtracheal pressure(IP)was measured before and after inhaling mixed gases 5 min,10 min and 15 min respectively.Airway reactivity to histamine aerosol was determined.Bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) cells were examined.Results: After inhaled mixed gas,IP increased from baseline among three groups,but there was no significant differences between mixed gas groups and air group.Airway reactivity to histamine was remarkably increased after inhaling mixed gas.Percentage of neutrophil in BAL increased.Conclusion:Airway hyperresponsiveness can be induced by short time inhaling SO 2 and NO 2 mixed gas in Guinea pigs.
