摘要
科研是高等院校三大职能之一,是提升高职院校综合实力的重要抓手。现阶段高职院校科研工作主要存在着思想认识不到位、科研管理不规范、科研定位不清晰和科研水平不高等问题。针对这些问题,提出了转变思想认识、找准科研定位、培育科研队伍、规范科研管理四项对策,以期改进高职院校科研工作。
Scientific research is one of the three main functions of universities and the important starting point to enhance the overall strength of vocational colleges.At present,the scientific research of vocational colleges mainly shows such problems with thinking and understanding out of place,scientific management below standard,unclear scientific orientation and low scientific level.As for these problems,four countermeasures are proposed to change the thinking and understanding,to identify the scientific research position,to foster scientific research team,and to standardize the management of scientific research,so that we can improve scientific research in vocational colleges.
